Two one one. The best system to sponsor with ease and have fun.

There is only one “best system to sponsor”: To present the opportunity in twos, to just one person (or one couple). It’s the only duplicable system. The only one that yields the greatest results by far. And it’s the one that allows every newbie to learn from their sponsor.

It’s the “two on one.”

In my career as a Networker, I adopted various systems, especially at the beginning. Sometimes, I also achieved some results but never saw my organization take off. Then, I began to follow the advice of one of the leaders of my first company. The situation drastically improved immediately.

What did that leader teach me? To follow a very simple system:

  • A) Sponsor one person.
  • B) Ask them to set up a meeting with a friend.
  • C) Present the opportunity to the friend in front of him/her.
  • D) Continue for four or five appointments until this first-generation partner is able to do the same.

It’s the same thing I’ve seen used, in more than twenty years of professional career in NM, by everyone who has been successful, including those who have become millionaires thanks to Network Marketing.

And, in my opinion, it’s also logical. Consider all the advantages of this system:

  • 1) When you visit a friend, he might distract you with anecdotes about sports, politics, or other family issues. He can start joking with you, teasing you, and making you have a bad time just for the sake of it. But the situation changes drastically when you show up together with your sponsor, who is a stranger to him. Your friend then becomes more polite since he doesn’t know him. He thinks he’s an expert since he’s a stranger. He could be your boss; consequently, your friend will do everything not to embarrass you. He may also start by intimidating you, but gradually, in the presence of a stranger, he will become cooperative and business-oriented.
  • 2) Your prospects see only you, not the company you represent. If they think you are somehow inadequate as a person, they will reject the opportunity based on you, not on the company. Instead, if a third person they do not know is present, they must make a decision based on the facts at their disposal, not on you and your personal situation.
  • 3) When two people work in a team, their self-esteem becomes much higher. They keep each other motivated. It’s not like having to support the world on your own. If, on the other hand, you act on your own, you might be afraid of objections, fear setting appointments, and be more inclined to avoid contact with your potential partners. Also, look at the past; if you had a reliable workmate, each of you would have worked hard so that the other wouldn’t get depressed. If you both had to go to four appointments, you would have been sure to carry out your task to the end. Because no one wants to be the first to give up.
  • 4) When two Partners make a presentation, one talks, the other remains silent and observes. The observer does not have to worry about making sure the presentation contains all the information in the right order and is thus completely free to closely observe the candidate and listen for clues that reveal their motivation. When it comes time to conclude and enlist a new Partner, the observer may be able to help thanks to vital information that might otherwise be overlooked.
  • 5) Two Partners working together achieve much more as a duo than separately. I’m sure you now understand why teamwork is much more effective than working alone. Professionals aim for efficiency.
  • 6) If you don’t work in a team and your new partners work individually, you accept the following assumptions:
  • a) your new partners possess instant and complete knowledge of your business;
  • b) your new partners are blessed with unlimited self-esteem and can handle objections on their own;
  • c) your new partners have immediately become competent in presenting the opportunity simply by filling out their registration form.
  • Accepting these assertions would be ridiculous. Therefore, the only alternative is to work in a team.
  • 7) When two Partners work together, judging each other’s presentations is possible and useful. They can reconsider each presentation’s strengths and somewhat lacking aspects to make the next one even more effective. Having different viewpoints, that of the demonstrator and that of the observer is an invaluable advantage.
  • Work together with every single partner of your first generation. Always! Do not leave him/her alone precisely when, in the initial moment, he/she needs your support. And don’t worry if you are also new to the business. The important thing is not to learn lessons by heart; it’s to express your beliefs with all the enthusiasm you can muster. Alongside your first-generation partner!
