FAR Action Training: FEAR? GO FAR!

Financial Advancement through Required Actions

How is it possible for an inexperienced networker to make an effective presentation without being perfectly trained on how to do it? And above all, how can you do it without shaking like a leaf, victim of your own fear? In fact, how could you make presentations while actually having fun and becoming so passionate about it that you want to do it every day? How would your business change, and especially your monthly income, if you and your entire VIP team couldn’t wait to have fun together while expanding your organization without the slightest stress? The answer is: FAR! Financial Advancement through Required Actions. FAR in Italian also means the infinitive of the verb opposite to LAZE. Which says a lot… 😉 FAR in English means “far.” Anyone, anywhere, can actually go very far with their GPS, but only once they overcome their own useless fear, which, as explained below, is a chain that keeps everyone nailed to the starting blocks without the possibility of reaching the finish line. Until we decide to break it.

Overcoming Fear and Inexperience While Simultaneously Boosting Duplication.

The single obstacle standing between anyone wishing to earnestly engage in true Network Marketing and the millions they could earn is just one:

The atavic fear of rejection.

The fear of rejection is an emotion deeply ingrained in humans and can be triggered by various causes. It involves the fear of being judged negatively or rejected by another person. Obviously, this fear resides in humans and has nothing to do with Network Marketing. However, it is particularly prevalent in Network Marketing and is the sole reason for people’s failure in this profession, essentially due to the natural insecurity stemming from a Networker’s inexperience. Many people fear rejection because of our social nature as humans. Our survival and well-being in prehistory largely depended on our ability to connect with others. The fear of rejection stemmed from the possibility that rejection could damage these connections, leaving us socially isolated and manageable prey for wild beasts. But today, these wild beasts no longer exist. At least (except in rare cases) in the circle of people we know. Therefore, it is an entirely normal fear but, in reality, unnecessary. Unfortunately, this fear represents the only difference between those who have overcome it and earn millions of euros with Network Marketing and those who struggle even to break even on their GPS subscription cost. Thus, once this useless barrier keeping us so far from the life we desire but for the moment do not yet deserve is identified, all that remains is to equip ourselves with the necessary tools to break down this wall and finally start enjoying all the satisfactions that life can offer us.

FROM INFLUENCED TO INFLUENCER.

Your preparation: the only tool you need to win.

There are only two paths. The first starts with acquiring adequate training. The second from its absence. Here they are:

  • Training > Awareness > Enthusiasm > Powerful Actions > Certainty of Outcome.
  • Lack of training > Ignorance > Insecurity > Lack of proper actions > Certainty of failure.

Training > Awareness > Enthusiasm > Powerful Actions > Certainty of Outcome.  Lack of training > Ignorance > Insecurity > Lack of proper actions > Certainty of failure. It is evident how solid training and total awareness of the good we have to offer the world put us in a position to influence others positively, thanks to overwhelming and spontaneous enthusiasm and the powerful actions that stem from it. It is equally evident how, on the other hand,  ignorance resulting from a lack of training makes us insecure, indecisive, and defenseless, exposing us to the risk of being influenced by others’ natural negativity. Negativity is usually due to the fear that the idea of leaving their comfort zone automatically triggers in people.

However, there is a “but.”

And it is this: “But if the training is only theoretical and one is afraid to put it into practice, it is completely useless.” Unfortunately, in network marketing, until the right actions have been repeated with sufficient tenacity, persistence, and resilience, they continue to be a heavy burden to the inexperienced networker. Resulting in them never doing it and abandoning the profession before even really starting. And most of the time, they will do so by blaming the system and anything else outside themselves.

So what?

So, at Clubshop, we think it’s pointless to clash with human nature trying to change it. We think instead it is possible to make Network Marketing, in its most difficult phase, that is, the initial one, much simpler, more enjoyable, and free from the stress deriving from the fear of rejection. All by allowing the beginner Networker, but future professional, to start earning with certainty right during the training phase. Indeed, thanks to it. The most effective practical training is that which occurs through mentoring. That is the apprenticeship in the field that is routinely performed in any profession. Including, of course, Network Marketing, as effectively explained in this lesson. But how do we make this apprenticeship even more effective and, at the same time, remunerative, easy, and fun for the “apprentice?”

We invented FAR Action Training: Financial Advancement through Required Actions.

We said that theory without practice is useless. So, we must train to put into practice what we have learned in theory. But how do we do it, given that it involves putting into practice precisely those actions that scare us and provoke our slothful inertia? The solution is the “paid training” invented by Clubshop and explained below. Get ready because we might be facing the Columbus’s egg (…Christopher, not the bird) of Network Marketing and, therefore, of the unlimited success that every single Clubshopper can achieve.

How does “FAR Action Training” reserved for Clubshop VIPs work?

It’s very simple, but in more than many words, a practical example is needed: imagine you have just started the profession of Networker as a VIP of Clubshop, and after a first live training session with your Clubshop coach, you are invited to do homework. That is, you have to practice saying the following phrase (in your own words) to the people closest to you:

  • Jane: George, do me a favor; I’ve just started a serious NETWORK MARKETING activity that I really like. I’m following the training program, and they pay me $10 just for bringing a person to a practical session to learn how to present the project. They pay me regardless of whether the people I bring are interested or not. This training lasts about an hour, and I can book it at the time you prefer. Would you do me this favor?
  • George: Yes, if it’s to do you a favor, there’s no problem, are you sure it only lasts an hour? Because I don’t really like these things much.
  • Jane: Definitely. Also, because it’s free training, they offer me thanks to my subscription to their GPS platform, and they can’t go over that. I’m looking at their calendar, and there’s space tomorrow morning or in the afternoon at 4:30 PM, and at 6. What would work best for you?
  • George: OK, 4:30 PM works for me. So then, at 5:30 PM, I can quickly leave to take Fidocane out.
  • Jane: Perfect, then I’ll book it and send you the Zoom link. And please, don’t stand me up, ok? So that I don’t make a bad impression with my coach and book it for nothing.
  • George: Don’t worry, I’ll note it down. I’ll be there.
  • Jane: Oh, one more thing: who could we bring at the same time, so they pay me double?
  • George: I don’t know, let me think, what if I told my friend Felix Roughman?
  • Jane: great idea! Even if you happen to like it and decide to join this project too, bringing Felix would already earn you the first $10 of paid training instead of me. But don’t worry because it would still be better for me, as in this case, I would immediately earn a $25 commission thanks to your GPS subscription. Nice, right???
  • George: yes, nice, but what’s this GPS?
  • Jane: what do I know? I didn’t understand it too well either. I just understood that the fe-Commerce project is something crazy, a global movement of companies and consumers, and I don’t want to miss out now that it’s still at the beginning. Anyway, tomorrow will also be good for me to hear everything again.
  • George: Okay, wait. I’ll call Felix and tell him to come. What do I tell him?
  • Jane: you can tell him the same thing I told you.
  • George: …Ring…ring… Hey Felix, do me a favor; my cousin Jane has just started a serious NETWORK MARKETING activity that she likes a lot. She’s following the training program, and they pay her $10 for each person she brings to attend a practical session to learn how to present the project, regardless of whether the people she brings are interested or not. This online training lasts about an hour. I told her I’ll be there tomorrow at 4:30 PM. Would you also connect? Would you do her this favor? I already told her I don’t care about it. But who knows, it might turn out to be a smart thing. No? What do you say?
  • Felix: You know what? You’re just in time. My job lately has only given me problems, and I was really looking for some way out. I’ll definitely be there tomorrow, I’m noting it down now. Thanks for thinking of me!
  • Jane: wow, George! Eventually, this Felix does not seem to be such a rough man as his name would suggest!

Got the concept? Direct language, simplicity, and clarity of intent. Zero fear of being rejected, zero stress. If a person decides not to do you this favor for reasons known only to them, it’s not a problem. You thank them anyway and…on to the next! To date, these paid training sessions must be booked on Fabrizio’s Fabrizio’s calendar here. (You can also find the “Book Paid Training” button on your dashboard.) Later, when Fabrizio considers you ready, you will take on the role of coach, and your VIPs who take advantage of the paid training will be able to book on your GPS calendar. Certain controls will be in place to avoid the risk of abuse or fraud against the company.

“I don’t know who to talk to!”

This sentence is the most frequent and explicit symptom of the fear of rejection. In reality, it means: “I know hundreds of people, but I’m afraid all of them will consider me a fool, so I’ll turn to none of them.” This is understandable, as explained in this lesson. But by now, we should be clear that asking a very small favor from a person who even slightly esteems us is quite different from asking a person to join us in a project about which they have no idea and that, in case we wouldn’t even know how to explain. A very useful exercise that is nonetheless fun to do at least once in life, regardless of the Networker profession, is the game of inventorying known people. Have you ever tried to remember all the people you’ve met throughout your life? Two lessons in this course talk about this very fun and enriching (in every respect) game.

The benefits of paid training

The benefits of paid training are multiple:

  1. Truly effective training for every new VIP that, thanks to at least 6 project presentation sessions, can truly assimilate every nuance of it, acquiring the necessary awareness to overcome any possible fear and indecision.
  2. An immediate gain of at least $60 already during the first month of activity, regardless of the outcome achieved.
  3. Create your success story. The possibility of generating immediate results is such that one can create a success story that can inspire anyone.
  4. Quick creation of the PQ. In the best-case scenario, during the training itself, the new VIP could already find themselves with the 6 VIPs necessary to scale all subsequent qualifications, from Team Captain onwards. These 6 VIPs, benefiting from the same strategy, could quickly achieve the same result, thus rapidly growing the TQ, PQ, and GQ parameters for everyone.
  5. The rapid growth of the free TNT market. Simultaneously, your global free TNT market would continue to grow, creating enormous benefits for all Clubshoppers not subscribed to the GPS, who would see their market grow very rapidly thanks to the work done by all the new VIPs.
  6. A VIP team that is trained, aware, and enthusiastic: The most important result would be the creation of a team of new VIPs truly trained and aware of the fe-Commerce project in its entirety, which, as we know, goes well beyond the simple sale of subscriptions to the GPS platform.
  7. Significant earnings from the first weeks. If the invitees decide to activate their own GPS, the sponsor is entitled to receive the normal direct commissions provided by the official VIP compensation plan and the bonus compensation provided for paid training.

The rules of paid training:

  1. The person you invite to attend the presentation subject of your paid training session must be a personal contact that you did NOT receive through Cooperative Marketing.
  2. The invited person must attend until the end of the one-hour presentation.
  3. Paid training consists of six sessions that must be completed within the first month of the initial GPS subscription.
  4. Each training session must invite a new person. People who have already attended can participate again but do not produce the $10 reward.
  5. Remuneration occurs immediately after completing the six training sessions.
  6. Access to paid training is available to new GPS subscribers with a VIP reselling license obtained without a discount.
  7. Each VIP can repeat this cycle of 6 presentations several times during their first month, according to the availability of their coach’s calendar.
  8. Each training session can invite more than one person.
  9. Each invited person can generate the $10 reward, but in any case, the paid training cycle must always be completed with the 6 sessions planned. Example: a VIP brings 2 people to each session, so 12 people in total. At the end of the 6 sessions, they will be entitled to the minimum compensation of $60 as provided + $10 for each of these 12 who will have actually activated their GPS. So if at the end of the cycle, for example, 6 people were to have activated their GPS, the sponsor will be entitled to receive $60 + $60 = $120. Moreover, having obtained 6 VIPs in their PQ will have earned $25 x 6 = $150. So, in total, $270 already during the first month of activity. If all 12 were to activate VIP, even better!
  10. If none of the invited people have activated their GPS at the end of the first cycle of six training sessions, the VIP in question cannot repeat the cycle. The new VIP will still have the ability to book other mentoring sessions on the calendar as provided by the work method, but the training will not be paid (although it is still free).
