To become active and visible to our Members, you must first deposit money into your Clubshop Wallet.

• Dashboard > Menu Tools > Add Money.

We’ll deduct money from your wallet to pay Cashback and marketing Commissions whenever a Clubshop Member shops at your venue to instantly credit cashback to the shoppers.

If you don’t have enough balance in your wallet when a Clubshop Member needs to register a purchase at your store, the system displays an alert on their device, and you receive an invite to deposit funds into your wallet. Otherwise, the transaction cannot be registered.

Please ensure you always have enough balance in your wallet to avoid unpleasant situations for you and the Clubshop Members at the cash desk.
