The first steps to activate your fe-Commerce business

1. Register your business for FREE if you haven’t done it yet and select the percentage you’d like to offer for every purchase made at your store by Clubshop’s Members (you can even change it later).
2. Deposit some money on your Clubshop rechargeable Account from which we’ll deduct the agreed commission when a sale is authorized by you.
3. Download and print your QR Code to expose at your Cash-desk to allow Clubshoppers to register their purchase easily.
4. Set up your PIN to approve Clubshoppers’ purchases at your locations as explained in the paragraph below.
5. How to approve a purchase: When a Clubshopper registers their purchase, they show you their mobile device with the total amount just spent at your business. You must simply check the amount us correct and type your PIN# to authorize the transaction.
6. Download and print the fe-Commerce Flyer with your QR Code. Every time your customers scan it, they can register as your Clubshopper and produce commissions for you every time they shop online or offline at any other fe-Commerce locations.

How to create or change your PIN to approve Cashback.

Before you can approve sales in your shop, you must go to your profile to create a PIN for you and for each staff member you authorize to approve Clubshoppers’ purchases in each location you may have.

• Only you, as the store owner can manage your own contact information and PINs.
• If you or your staff have forgotten the PIN or need to create one for the first time, you can generate one in your Clubshop Merchant Dashboard.
• You can assign PINs that are four digits in length.
