Approval PIN Set Up

As explained in the section below, you must set up your secret PIN to approve the commission due every time a Clubshop Member purchases in your store.

You can easily do so in your

Dashboard > Login/Sign Up > Edit Profile > Sales Approval PIN.

Sales Approval Process.

Once your account is set up through the previous steps, you can start receiving Clubshop Members as customers and quickly approve the transaction they register on their mobile devices.

Here is how it works. Please go to

Dashboard > Tools > Download Payment QR Code

Download your QR Code and keep it handy or expose it at the cash desk to allow Clubshop members to register rapidly the purchase they just made.

  1. The Clubshop Member scans the QR Code.
  2. The Clubshop Member type the amount they just spent in your shop.
  3. The cashier verifies the amount and enters their PIN to confirm the purchase.
  4. The system automatically deducts the corresponding commission from your Clubshop Wallet.
  5. The system automatically assigns Cashback and marketing commissions.

NOTE: if your Clubshop wallet balance is insufficient to cover the commission due, it will show an alert message informing that the transaction could not get through for that reason and it remains red in hold. You should add funds to your Clubshop Wallet and ask the Clubshop Member to retry the approval.

If your Clubshop Wallet balance is not enough to cover the commission, an alert message will appear informing you that the transaction could not be processed. To complete the transaction, you need to add funds to your Clubshop Wallet.

The transactions will be instantly completed when you add enough funds to your Clubshop Merchant account.
