VIP Compensation Plan.

As soon as your Clubshoppers obtained during Phase 1 are in a position to self-finance their VIP GPS upgrade (some will do so without waiting), they will activate their GPS subscription to also equip themselves with advanced tools that accelerate the building of the market for their mall and subsequent income. As you can see in the VIP visual compensation plan and the image below, each GPS they activate in your first generation earns you a direct monthly commission of $25.

Therefore, if 6 of them activate the GPS, you earn an additional income from the VIP plan of $150 per month. If you have 10, you earn $250 per month, and so on, depending on how many GPS are in your first generation.

This partly explains why many prefer to order multiple JumpStart advertising packages instead of just one.

These VIPs in your first generation will form what the VIP compensation plan defines as “PQ” or “Personal Qualifier,” one of the three monthly requirements determining your right to earn the higher income among direct commissions or leadership income.

All other Clubshoppers in subsequent generations who can gradually self-finance their VIP upgrade thanks to their development from Phase 1, will contribute to forming your “GQ” or “Group Qualifier,” which is the second requirement you need to scale all the income leadership qualifications provided by the VIP compensation plan.

To be clear and concise, remember that PQ 6 and 200 VIPs in total, deriving from Phase 1, provide you with sufficient GQ to qualify you as Executive Director and earn $4000 per month from the VIP plan.

In the image below, you can see an example of GQ 18. That is your 6 Personal VIPs (PQ: 6) plus the other 12 VIPs sponsored by your VIPs form a total GQ of 18.

The third requirement, called “TQ” or “Team Qualifier,” grows automatically, thanks to the growth of the PQ of all the VIPs worldwide. For all the details on the development of the VIP plan and all the qualifications up to the title of Executive Director, refer to the VIP compensation plan.

Result of Phase 3: Executive Director Qualification = $4000/month + identification of your 6 future Directors, to whom you delegate the leadership role of their own team.
